By accessing and using MaxMake (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our community standards or are inactive for extended periods.
3. User-Generated Content
MaxMake allows you to upload 3D models, images, and text ("Content"). By uploading Content, you warrant that:
- You own the intellectual property rights or have obtained necessary permissions.
- The Content does not contain malicious code, viruses, or illegal material.
You grant MaxMake a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your Content on the Platform.
4. Intellectual Property
The interface, code, and design of MaxMake are the proprietary property of MaxMake Inc. User-uploaded content remains the property of the respective creators.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of 3D models hosted on the site. Users download and use files at their own risk (e.g., CNC machining risks).

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
