1. Copyright Infringement Notification
MaxMake respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material located on or linked to by MaxMake violates your copyright, you are encouraged to notify our Designated Agent in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
To be effective, the notification must be a written communication that includes the following:
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed (please provide the specific URL).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you (Address, telephone number, and email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
2. Counter-Notification
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. We will forward your counter-notification to the original complainant.
3. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
